3.4 Import/ Export the list of domain users

Avira-Partners and AMES domain administrators can import/ export the list of the users of a

domain in a csv-type file. The file is editable and contains the settings for each user. It can

be used to easily add or modify the settings for a large number of users (mass updates).

1. To carry out an import or export of the users’ list, go to the

Domain overview, click the

Domain tab and scroll down to the CSV Import/Export section.

2. Click Export CSV and open the export file in an editor or save it on your system.

You can make changes to the users’ settings in a spreadsheet, as needed.

3. Then you can save the file as .txt and import it into the domain again, by clicking

Import

CSV

on the Domain tab.

4. In the

Import File dialog, select the file from your system and click Upload.

5. You can review the list of imported users and click

sync, to finalize the import and

generate new random passwords for all the users.
